9. Read Books
I have been reading online fan-fiction long before it has been properly recognized virtually. This is a skill that I also adapt with hardbound books thanks to my roommate who reads a lot.
True that this is a cure for boredom but there are a couple of really good benefits that it can give. Some of which are learning new words thus opening our vocabulary to a lot of words, enhancing our reasoning, improves analytical skills and aids sleep.
10. Make a Smoothie or a Fresh, Homemade Fruit Juice
My girlfriend bought me a cute blender so that I can incorporate smoothie in my diet. Yep, you read that right. Smoothies are really good for diet plus fruits taste good when blended too and making a homemade one will save you a ton of money.
There are a lot of books online that will help you get started on smoothie. You can even blend vegetables with fruits and it is indeed healthier. Don’t just be strict with the ingredients though. Just blend ingredients that are available so you can just get started right away.
11. Create a Video and Upload it Online
Create anything. Start small.
I have started creating my video from past travels and it is such a joy to do finish it even after a year later. It takes me back to that very same day.
It is okay if you aren’t spontaneous with this. At least productivity isn’t idle.
12. Write a Blog
There are tons of website up to date that teaches how to start a blog. You can pick either a paid blog or a free one. Whichever you choose, I support you whole-heartedly.
For me, if you have extra cash, choose one that is paid but if you just want to try blogging then opt for the free ones. Try wordpress!
13. Learn Origami
This is so therapeutic. This will help you learn analytical skills. I personally recommend this to everyone and this can be a beautiful decor for your rooms.
14. Do your Laundry
It’s tiring but you will be relieved once it’s done!
We can save some cash if we do our own laundry. We can also assure ourselves that it will be thoroughly clean and the we can pick the fabric conditioner that will be used.
15. Write yourself an Email to receive in the Future
Writing to oneself about things that we want to achieve right now or anything that we want to say to oour future self is somewhat rewarding. I wish I have known this when I was younger though so that I have one for myself now.
Don’t be shy! Pour it all out.
16. Learn a New Skill
It could be anything from pottery to sound/video editing. All of the learning stuff can be done online. Be sure that it is safe and does you no harm.
