Why is Sirao Garden Popular in Cebu?

Because of the Flowers.

I personally think that it is over-rated.

The place is still under enhancement.

But, you can see that it is home to locals in the area and for foreigners, it is a new environment and culture that they really need to see.

The flowers are arranged in a good manner though.

The pictures you see on Instagram are edited to some extent that it tricks us to see the places as a superb one.

Although, if you like flowers then maybe, it is overwhelming for you.
