#StraightUpShell: Best Homemade Cookie in Cebu

Cookies are a treat to not just kids but to all ages. If you ask a friend if they want one, there is a 99% chance that they will say yes.
In line with it, a lot of cookie shops have been popping here and there because of this pandemic that pushes us to quarantine and people just want to be productive. An online shop that has made a great impact on me shows up one day in instagram and up to this day, it never fails to amaze me.
The Cookie Mama Cebu
The Cookie Mama Cebu has been in instagram since 2019 but I recently heard about this shop around July 2020. When I see the cookie sizes and flavors, I know that the cookie shop itself is remarkably amazing.
She wants the cookies baked as fresh as possible so that consumers would be satisfied and would really get what they paid for.
I will share to you below the products that I have tried from their shop.

These cookies gave me a sensuous rush as a chocoholic. πͺ β£β£β£β£The cookie itself is very dense and biting into it was no sweat coz’ it’s chewy!! π€€π€€β£β£β£β£

β€ Lemon Cream Cheese Cookie

The Lemon cream cheese cookie is the one that I put near my eye.
My thoughts: πππ¦π¨π§ ππ«πππ¦ππ‘πππ¬π ππ¨π¨π€π’ππ¬ are soft, sweet, tart, thick but medyo chewy cookies with the perfect amount of lemon and topped with an icing. I personally think they taste even better the next day so better eat it the next day. I’m also a fan of cream cheese because it has almost no carbs. Added to my fave list!!!β£β£
β€ New York Cheese Cake Cookie

The Newyork cheesecake cookie is the one that I am holding.
My thoughts: Amazing! Theyβre in my top ten favorite cookies because of their uniqueness and their great flavor. I love how crispy, chewy, thick and soft they are, and not to mention their creamy filling!π€€β£β£

β€ Nice Cream Chunky Monkey
Buy it for Php 380.00.
My thoughts: Vegan-friendly Ice Cream. The ice cream comes with a small ziplock of oats. Just like any other ice cream, we need to wait for it to be scoopable. As I ate a few scoops, I can taste the banana flavor of the ice cream (super notable) , dark choco chips and walnuts. The dark choco and walnuts are a match made in heaven pala. I am so satisfied with the ingredients. I love that it is vegan-friendly. Every layer has dark choco chips and walnuts. Hindi tlga tinipid sa ingredients. It has no added sugar too which is a plus for me. β£

The owner told me that it is also good to add peanut butter when eating it. Will have to try this one out later. β£
