Bugho Falls : Trekking and Chasing Falls
Bugho Falls is another hidden gem that was unearthed on our mind during our 2-day stay in Bacalla Woods Campsite. It is located somewhere in San Isidro, San Fernando, Cebu City.
I previously wanted to trek their 7 waterfalls activity in (Bacalla Woods Campsite) but did not have the chance due to a wet weather and also the guide did not allow me and my friends to do it so we decided to go there instead.

✓ Sunscreen – Protect yourself from sunburn or much worse – Cancer.
✓ Pocket Wifi or Sim Card – The convenient of searching anything is a go-to. Please don’t forget this baby. It is a life-saver for me though.
TREKKING TO BUGHO FALLS
Are you someone who wants to pose for instagram? Well, there are some hidden spots that you could sight in going to the Falls. See picture above.
As you can see, we did have a very good weather but the previous day was not quite good so the lands to be trekked in going to the Falls was not good either.
Some good spots for snapping a photo could be found as well. The mountainous sides were very present and still is.
Hidden Gem,right? The trek was a long one. I did not expect it to be that far. There were steps where you might hold on to dear life because it was very slippery. It was also very muddy. Thankfully, the guides were there to accompany and help us during the danger zone. The trees were also our lifeline. (plays the lifeline song). I did sweat a lot and drink a lot of water. I personally suggest that you wore shoes and bring water if you are a water type of person.
The area was very romantic and ideal. Good for pictorials. It gave me a new found sense of wanderlust. It also gave me some new perspective of what Philippines has.
The stop in going to the falls. I tell you that it is very okay that you do not bring any food or water because a store can be found in this stop.

OTHER TIPS
Here are some tips to have smooth sailing trek.
Motor ride – Do not worry if you are tired because many motorcycles are waiting to fetch you. It will cost you around 50 php or $1.oo per person.
Sunscreen – Use sun screen to avoid burnt skin.
Shoes – Wear your most comfortable shoes.
Hat or Clothes – Bring extra clothes because sweat is real, guys!
Water – A must thing to bring.
Leggings – If you do not want to have some cut in any areas of your legs, do wear those.
