How to get there

✓ OPTION 1 (Cheapest) – Public Transportation (From Airport)

• From the Airport, hop on a SM MyBus at the Airport. You can check the schedule here. Fare is about PHP 50.00 (SGD$ 1.25, US$ 1, € 0.84 ).
• Drop off at the opposite road of Waterworld Cebu. Be sure to ask the driver and ask where you can hop off.
• From there, walk a couple of meters to reach Waterworld Cebu. Please ask the driver on where you can hop off.

✓ OPTION 2 (Cheapest) – Public Transportation (From Pier 1)

• Entry Point is Pier 1 Cebu.
• From Pier 1, walk to the SM MYbus waiting shed. Ask the locals or check out my map below to know where to it is.
• Then, Ride a SM MYbus going to SM Cebu City. Check their schedule here. Fare is about PHP 25.00 (SGD$ 0.63, US$ 0.5, € 0.42 ) .Travel time is around 15mins to 30mins (depends on the traffic).
• After that, transfer to a SM Mybus that will go to the Airport. Fare is around PHP 50.00 (SGD$ 1.25, US$ 1, € 0.84 ) . Travel time is around 30mins to 45mins (depends on the traffic).
• Be sure to inform the driver that you will alight at Waterworld Cebu.
• Then after that, walk a couple of meters to reach Waterworld Cebu.

✓ OPTION 3 (Expensive Option but recommended) – By Taxi or Grab Car

You may just simply navigate via Waze or Google Maps and search for “Waterworld Cebu”.

Exact location:  It is located at Barangay Umapad, Mandaue City, Cebu — near the tip of Marcelo Fernan Bridge in Mandaue City side.

You can easily spot this newest attraction in Cebu ,when you arrived in Cebu by plane, due to its magnanimous and colorful slides.

Waterworld Cebu ,the new waterpark features 10 extreme water slides, a 200-meter lazy river, an exciting water playground, a massive 1,800 sqm wave pool, and a whole lot more.

Waterworld Cebu is more than just a water park! There are also tons of water slides, sprays and an amusement park. Plus, it will soon open its 3-storey hotel facility that will include at least 70 corporate and family rooms and a convention facility with 9 function rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people each.

What are the Attractions inside Waterworld Cebu ?

Slides and Swimming Pool!

The whole WaterWorld Cebu was designed with the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of the visitors in mind. The waterpark has 124 rentable tables, 24 day-use & airconditioned aqua suites, and function rooms which can accommodate up to 220 persons in total.

1. Tsunami Wave Pool

The Tsunami Wave Pool is easily a crowd favorite. This 1,800 square meter water pool is perfect for guests of all ages. Children, however, are required to wear life vests at all times.

Unleash the child in you and enjoy the Tsunami Wave Pool scheduled at 12:00noon; 2:00pm and 4:00pm. The waves are set to last up to 30 minutes.

2. Extreme Slides

The water park’s main attractions are its extreme slides with 7 different types, including:

• Tornado Water slide
• (2) 15-meter high Mat Racer
• (2) 18-meter high Speed Shooter
• Space Hole
• 40-meter Loop Slide
• Family Camel Slide
• Family Rapid Slide
• Dare Drop Vertical Slide

The extreme slides located outside the water playground require a specific height limit. Also, the personnel manning these slides are stricter in implementing waterpark rules. Each ‘rider’ is given instructions before they are allowed to take the ‘ride.’

3. Water Playground

One of the highlights of the waterpark is the massive water playground which features 14 fiberglass animal creatures, slides of all types and lengths, and other fun features.

4. Lazy River

The lazy river is 4 meters wide and about 200 meters long. It is only about 4 feet deep so it is perfect even for young kids (accompanied by adults).

1. Is there a Dress Code for Swimming?
– Wearing of proper swimwear is strictly imposed when engaging in all water rides and pool activities. The attire allowed are Board Shorts, Swimsuits, Bikinis, Rash guards, Full body Swimsuits, Swimming Diapers & Goggles. Attires that are NOT allowed are Regular Diapers, Undergarments, Jeans, Jackets, Halter Dress, Denim Shorts, Boxer Shorts, Long Skirts, Garments with Sequins and Beads, Knitted, Lace and Cotton Fabrics & Jewelry.

2. Is there an available parking lot?
– WaterWorld Cebu has its own parking lot (FREE), as well as changing rooms, shower rooms, and a waiting area. The waterpark also has a fully-staffed clinic, ambulance on standby, and resort staff roaming the area at all times of the days.

3. Can I swim without showering?
– Before being allowed to swim or enjoy the various water amenities, all guests are required to shower at the designated shower area.

4. Can I use the inflatables anywhere?
– Guests are allowed to use the inflatables free of charge and they can take as many ‘rides’ as they want.

5. Can we bring food and drinks inside the waterpark?
– The waterpark strictly imposes not to bring foods and drinks from outside.

1.Study Your Location

Every location is unique and so are the rules while trekking on it. Carry a map with you all the time so that you know exactly where you are so that you can find your way back.
