How to Get to Heaven’s Peak Ormoc
✓ OPTION 1 (BY JEEPNEY/MULTICAB)
Entry Point is in ORMOC PORT.
- From the port, walk to Ormoc City Terminal near the Ormoc Public Market/2go Express ticketing.
- Then, ride a jeepney/multi-cab bound for Brgy. Cabintan via Ga-as. Be sure to inform the driver that you will hop off at Heaven’s Peak.
✓ OPTION 2 (BY JEEPNEY/MULTICAB)
Entry Point is in ORMOC PORT.
- From the port, walk to Ormoc City Terminal near the Ormoc Public Market/2go Express ticketing.
- Then, ride a motorcycle/habal-habal bound for Brgy. Cabintan via Ga-as. Be sure to inform the driver that you will hop off at Heaven’s Peak. Fare is PHP 200 ( SGD$ 5.00 ,US$ 4.00, € 3.4) for one-way only.
(HOMEBOUND)
- Wait for a jeepney/multicab in the area or ride a habal-habal.
- Note: Multi-cabs are available for a certain period of time so you can wait for multi-cabs.
✓ OPTION 3 (BY PRIVATE CAR/MOTORCYCLE)
- Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Heaven’s Peak” in Ormoc, Leyte.
- Just around 40 minutes away from Ormoc City Proper. Turn left before entering lake Danao.

What’s in Heaven’s Peak Ormoc?
Heaven’s Peak Ormoc is located in Brgy. Cabintan, Ormoc City, Leyte. It is approximately 23.4 kilometers away from the city proper.
There is a small portion of the road to Heaven’s Peak that is not cemented but is accessible by any vehicle. There is also a narrow portion of the road.
We got a little lost in tracking the area because we did not use any google maps or Waze and the signboards were not enough to guide us to the place.
So, we asked a few locals to locate the place and they were very helpful. So, I urged you to ask for help from locals because they are very friendly and will help you get to your destination faster.
At the entrance of the place, you will be greeted with a lot of vibrant colored flowers and green lushes plants.
Then, you will need to pay the entrance fee before proceeding to the premises.
If you want to order food, you will need to order in advance though.
They have little houses that I bet can be rented if you choose to stay the night.
The owners are staying in the area so it is also nice to have a little conversation with them.
Also, if you are a nature-lover then this area might be one of the best places you can visit here in Ormoc.

You will spend around 30 minutes – 1 hour in this place considering you have ordered your food.
