Entry Point is in ORMOC PORT.

- From the port, walk to Ormoc City Terminal near the Ormoc Public Market/2go Express ticketing.
- Then, ride a van/bus going to Palompon. Travel time is about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

✓ OPTION 7 (BY AIRPLANE & BUS/VAN) (From Cebu or Manila)
- There are actually daily flights from Manila to Tacloban and Cebu to Tacloban. The flight takes at least an hour and twenty (20) minutes if your entry point is Manila. Air travel takes about forty-five (45) minutes or less if your entry point is Cebu.
- After arriving at Tacloban Domestic Airport (San Jose, Tacloban City), go to Tacloban City Bus Terminal via taxicab or transfer service.
- From Tacloban City Bus Terminal, one can easily go to Palompon by taking a two-hour bus or van ride bound for Ormoc.
- At the Ormoc terminal, Hop on a bus or van en route to Palompon. The van fare is P150 and the trip usually takes about two hours.

What’s in Palompon Eco-Terrestrial Adventure Park?
Palompon Eco-Terrestrial Adventure Park is an interesting place for adventurers.
The Palompon Eco-Adventure Park is a 5-hectare recreation area in Brgy Liberty in Palompon, Leyte.
This five-hectare former limestone mining site that has been abandoned for several years and declared as a watershed area by then president Corazon Aquino has been converted by the local government into an eco-adventure park to give tourists more reason to stay longer in Palompon.
In 2017, it has opened two new tourist attractions – the Skybike and Zipline Rides.
Establishing the rides is part of the town’s tourism development plan to regulate the tourists that can be accommodated in a tourist destination like Palompon.
Aside from being a site for adventure activities, the park is also a site for students interested to learn about disaster risk reduction and management and the importance of flora and fauna.
Going to this marine park is a test of one’s stamina since part of the tour is for every tourist to do a 3-km. kayak ride from the Maria Anave Cave.
After meandering up the mountainside, the breathtaking views at the peak will not disappoint. The site currently contains a Zipline, Skybike, Hiking Trails, Caves, and an exceptionally large rock face for Rappelling. Soon will feature an Aerial ropes course, playground, and amphitheater for events.
So if you’re an outdoor junkie and you prefer to spend summer away from local beaches that are definitely swarmed by beachgoers, the park may be a good avenue for thrilling activities which you will definitely enjoy.
You can also try to visit Floating Cottages in Palompon, Lantaw Palompon, Tabuk Marine Park and Bird Sanctuary, Agbanga Falls, The Sky Garden & Eco-Village, Kalanggaman Island, L and L Cove, Rock Resort, Cangmoya Falls and Unplugged at Kang Jah Wa Campground.
