How to Get to Tops Lookout
✓ OPTION 1
Entry Point is in Mactan Cebu Airport.
Ride a Mybus from Mactan Cebu to SM Cebu City. Fare is around 40 PHP ( SGD$ 1 ,$0.8, € 0.7). Travel time is around 30mins to 1 hr.
Then, Ride a jeep with a route code 04L or 03L . Stop at JY Square Mall. Fare is around 8 PHP ( SGD$ 0.2 ,$0.16, € 0.14). Travel time is around 20mins to 45mins (depends on the traffic). The 04L jeepney can be found outside of SM Mall while 03L can found in the terminal of SM Mall.
From there, ride a Habal-Habal (local term of a motorcycle for hire). You can easily locate the Habal-Habal drivers because they are shouting Sirao or Temple of Leah. Or in my case they will ask you.
Don’t forget to tell the driver to drop you off at Tops Lookout. Approximate time of travel is about 30 – 40 mins. Fare is PHP 100 ( SGD$ 2.5 ,$0.2, € 1.7) per person (one-way).
✓ OPTION 2
Entry Point is Pier 1 Cebu.
Then, Ride a jeep with a route code 02B. Stop at Colonnade Mall. Fare is around 8 PHP ( SGD 0.2 ,$0.16, € 0.14) . Travel time is around 15mins to 30mins (depends on the traffic).
After that, you can ride a jeepney with route codes 17B, 17C, 17D, 04H, and 04C. Fare is around 8 PHP ( SGD 0.2 ,$0.16, € 0.14). Travel time is around 30mins to 45mins (depends on the traffic).
Stop at JY Square Mall. Be sure to tell the conductor of the jeep or the driver.

Search for ‘Tops Lookout” via Waze or Google Maps. (It is a bit expensive)
Exact location: Cebu Tops Road, Busay, Cebu City, Cebu — 20 minutes away from the main road (from JY Square).

What does Tops Lookout looks like?
Known for its height at 2,000 feet above sea level, Tops Lookout is a place for relaxation and peace. Because it is located in the mountains of Busay, it sure offers a cold temperature.
Upon reaching the top, a mesmerizing view of the whole island can be seen. It is a perfect place to watch the sunrise or the the sunset. At night, the place turns into a magical scene with the city lights as the background. The islands of Mactan, Camotes, Olango, and Bohol are also visible during daytime.
It is the perfect spot to enjoy your last night in Cebu. Up on the top, they have food and drink stalls and make sure to bring your camera for nice pictures.
Are food and drinks available in the area?
Yes. In going up, you will pass by a restaurant named “Tops of Cebu”.

How much is the Entrance fee?
Entrance fee: Php 100.00 (SGD$ 3.75 ,US$ 3, € 2.5) per person
Note that the fee entitles the visitor to unlimited stay at the area. Facilities like the cottages, benches, and comfort rooms are also included in the entrance fee.
