MOUNTAIN TOUR/UPHILL TOUR CEBU CITY
1. Pay a Visit to Taoist Temple
Exact Location: Beverly Hills Subdivision, Lahug, Cebu
The temple is 110 meters above sea-level so provides great views of the near-by region. There is 81 steps to climb up which represents the 81 verses of Taoist scripture.

2. Sip Coffee at Crate Cafe: Cafe at the Mountainside
Exact location: Crate Cafe, Cebu Transcentral Hwy, Cebu City, Cebu
A cafe where good food, good coffee and good people meet, and create good vibes.
Good place to chill with loved ones.

3. Lookout at Tops Lookout Cebu
Exact location: Cebu Tops Road, Busay, Cebu City, Cebu
It is the perfect spot to enjoy your last night in Cebu. Up on the top, they have food and drink stalls and make sure to bring your camera for nice pictures.

4. See the Greek Vibe Temple of Leah has to Offer
Exact location: Temple of Leah, Cebu Transcentral Hwy, Cebu City, Cebu – Crate Cafe
Tucked in Cebu City’s highland barangay of Busay, construction of Temple of Leah started in 2012 and expected to be finished by 2020.
The temple is reportedly made up of 24 chambers that house an art gallery, museum, library and bar, among others, and adorned with life-sized statues of Roman gladiators, lions and angels all over.

5. Amazing Flower Arrangement at Sirao Garden
Exact Location: Brgy. Sirao, Cebu City.
Sirao, a place in Cebu known for its colorful arrangement of flowers that blooms around the late months and early months of Cebu.
It all started when a couple planted flowering plants to be harvested and sold on All Soul’s Day.
They then noticed that their garden is attracting visitors so they decided not to cut them at all.

6. Express Your Heart Out at Adventure Cafe and Zipline
Exact location: Brgy. Gaas, Balamban, Cebu – across Adventure Cafe
A cafe that offers a magnificent view of the vast countryside area of Balamban, Cebu. It is the first ever cafe in Cebu that offers activities.
You can pour your feelings out here. They have this activity where you throw a plate at the wall and they call it “plate smashing at stress wall”. How awesome is that? You just need to pay for the plates and it is cheap.
You can also try other activities they offer – zipline, caving, rappeling and many more.

7. Another Flower Garden named Buwakan ni Alejandra
Exact location: Sitio Bunga Barangay, Balamban, 6041 Cebu – Buwakan ni Alejandra
To give you a little bit of insight, the name “Buwakan ni Alejandra” (Alejandra’s Flower Farm) was derived from the Visayan word “buwak” which means “flower” and Alejandra is the name of the mother-in-law of the owner and landscaper, Eleuterio Getapa.
The name was given in honor of Alejandra’s love for flowers.
Buwak means flower so in English Buwakan ni Alejandra means Flower Farm of Alejandra or Alejandra’s Flower Farm.

8. Colorful Bridge Awaits You at JVR Island in the Sky
Exact location: Brgy. Gaas, Balamban, Cebu – across Adventure Cafe
Colorful rainbow rainbow bridge awaits you near the entrance.
They have a cable car but I did not try it during our visit.
They also have a swimming pool and you can actually spend the night here as there are rooms available for sleeping in.

9. Antique Finds at Balwarte ni Alfredo
Exact location: Brgy. Gaas, Balamban, Cebu
If you’re into Ifugao art and some antique finds, then Balwarte ni Alfredo is for you! This stop-over for motorists also serves traditional Pinoy brekky and barbecue ‘round the clock!

10. Be With the Nature at West 35 Eco Mountain Resort

Designed for both business and leisure travel, WEST 35 ECO MOUNTAIN RESORT is ideally situated in Balamban, one of the city’s most popular locales.
I clearly remembered most of the amazing happenings when we reached West 35 during our mountain tour (with the parentals). It was really a great place with amazing view. The air we breathe was so fresh.
