At Cebu City port, ride a taxi going to SM City Cebu.

At SM City Cebu, ask the locals where the jeep, van, or bus going to Airport is located and take its route. Travel time is around 20 mins- 2 hours (depending on the traffic). The fare is around Php 50.00 – Php 100.00.

Pump boats are available at Angasil port, beside Mactan New Town. The boat fee starts at ₱100 per head, but make sure to agree first on the fare before proceeding.
