HOW TO GET TO CAOHAGAN ISLAND MARINE SANCTUARY LAPU LAPU CITY, CEBU

Board a plane going to Cebu from Manila.
At Cebu Airport, ride a jeepney going to Angasil port, beside Mactan New Town to hire a ‘pump boat’ that can drop you off the island.
Alternatively, In Maribago, Mactan Island, you can hire a boat to bring you to Caohagan Island.

From Ormoc City, ride any of the three boats at Pier 1 to Cebu City. The three fast crafts serve the route daily. Travel Time is around 3 hours. The fare is PHP 1100.00 per person.
At Cebu City port, ride a taxi going to SM City Cebu.
At SM City Cebu, ask the locals where the jeep, van, or bus going to Airport is located and take its route. Travel time is around 20 mins- 2 hours (depending on the traffic). The fare is around Php 50.00 – Php 100.00. Ask the driver to drop you off near Mactan Newtown.
From there, ride a jeepney going to Angasil port, beside Mactan New Town to hire a ‘pump boat’ that can drop you off the island.
